SLO Food Co-op’s mission is to empower health and wellbeing in our community by providing quality products and exceptional customer service.

We are member-owned and support our community. We buy from local suppliers and farmers. We offer our customers real food and select products with the health and wellbeing of our community in mind. We promote organic, non-GMO standards, and environmentally sustainable packaging. Our knowledgeable staff are ever-ready to assist customers in selecting items that meet their individual needs.

We are your local neighborhood store. Our Owner/Members receive Owner Perks, with the potential to share in surplus profits of our store, in the form of a patronage dividends. We are governed by a Board of Directors elected from our Membership. And, we give back to our community by supporting others who promote its health and wellbeing.
