Meet our new Communications Coordinator!

We’ve welcomed aboard Kasey Main as communications coordinator. With a passion for sustainability and community-building, Main boasts a formal education in strategic communications and a propensity for making folks smile.

“SLO Food Co-op fosters a culture that is welcoming, relaxing and sustainable,” Main said. “I’m eager to serve our already growing community, ensuring that healthy, sustainable food is available to all.”

Main formerly lent his hand to Love Helps, a nonprofit geared towards bolstering childhood literacy in Nashville, Tennessee. He joins General Manager Zack Sheppard and marketing team member Hayley Cain to further the Co-op’s continued community outreach, #SLOFreshLocal.

"Our little neighborhood store has been growing quickly, and we're so excited to bring Kasey onto the team as we take it to the next level,” said General Manager Zack Sheppard.
